Really good environment and good people. Lots of great teams and teamwork. Everyone works to accomplish one goal and people are generally happy

Cons

No advancement opportunities. There is lots is separation between operations and other departments. Most of issues are resolved quickly and things go back to normal

Flexible hours, decent pay, diverse company, most coworkers were helpful and friendly.

Very poor management, obvious favoritism, "open door policy" is a joke, management preaches values but does not follow them.
