Good pay and benefits. Many locations and opportunities for advancement. Good corporate support from a manufacturing perspective. Solid financial positions.

Cons

No issues that you would not experience anywhere else. Market planning is weak and forecasting production volumes can be a challenge.

Now they are literallly firing a lot , now job in pentair is not that secure. Some manager and scrum master do a lot of politics, but there are too good people also in the company No good increment at all
