It is very good company those who wants grow there career in field of heat tracing. You will get lot of opportunities to work at client office.

Cons

As heat tracing is relatively small field. there are very Few competitors

Pros

There are some good people working here. Most are not at management level. The product lines are interesting.

Cons

There are lots of posters with meaningless corporate slogans on them, but they do not at all live up to the values they preach. The new thing is to go through culture training which is rather invasive and not very helpful. Middle management is pretty much inept, and do not know the first thing about the work done by the people that report to them. The next layer of management above them is even more clueless.

Pros

Some of the most dedicated, hard-working people I've ever worked with in many areas of the corporate offices. A high performance organization if there ever was one. Many reminders to succeed by doing the right thing.

Cons

High expectations translates into not much of the work-life balance thing. Even on days off you were somewhat expected to be available for questions or emergencies.
