      Great Place for Growth and Learning under new QA Delivery Head

      I have been working at Pentair India for 3.5 years and i am thrilled with the progress and opportunity i got within QA in last 1 year. Team Progress: The QA team has made significant strides with the implementation of the OneQA plan. This initiative from QA delivery is helping to streamline our processes and efficiency. Additionally opportunity to do multiple POC are encouraged within team, allowing to grow our skill set. Internal Growth: Instead of hiring senior positions from outside, the leadership prioritizes promoting existing employees. This helps to boost morale and provide ample growth opportunities. Flat structure: Senior leadership and QA delivery heads easily approachable and feedback are welcomed and valued. Work life balance is quite good. Ample amount of opportunity to learn. Overall Pentair is a fantastic place to work, for those looking to grow their careers in QA and specially in IoT as the get to learn complete ecosystem from frontend to backend to firmware.

      Should have internal food cafeteria with lunch facility.
