Repeated work can get boring and not challenging. Managers are not awared of individual work capacity because of shared pool work environment.

Manufacturing employee wages are not competitive - not even close to geographic competitors in similar/same industry! Layoffs and employee release is a regular occurrence to meet headcount demands set by upper management and VP of Operations. Long-term employed upper management has bonds with long-term associates in manufacturing and allow them to circumvent processes, berate other associates, etc., with no recourse. As a supervisor and manager for almost a decade, I recommend to steer clear of the Conroe, Texas location! Annual increases are horrendous. The only way to achieve growth is to jump positions at any available opportunity, which creates instability in each department.
