      Pros

      co-workers were doing their best to bail water while management continued to take boards from the hull of the ship in an effort to save money.

      Cons

      Poor management, "winning right" culture was spoken but never adhered to. Company has lost it's way in the fog, with no lights working on the ship.

      really good people. hard working. good at what they do

      bottom of the barrel work. doing the work they dont want to do. lots of spreadsheets, inventory, cutting papers, making cards, etc.
