      Leadership comes and goes, chaotic

      Pros

      Chaotic with the new leadership from whirlpool, who didn't understand the industry and were extremely impatient for market turnaround.

      Cons

      Good colleagues and pay was decent especially if you can get MIP.

      Pros

      Large company with lots of resources. Flexible management structure allows for self-direction in getting job accomplished. Broad product portfolio.

      Cons

      Management structure is almost non-existent. People are doing jobs that have nothing to do with their official titles or job descriptions. Pentair has attempted to refine the sales structure but many employees from the Tyco days have not adapted.
