Great benefits and loaded with resources. Training is available and they are more than willing to spend money to get things done.

Cons

No appreciation or understanding for existing infrastructure and whether it's suitable to support the programs they're trying to implement. Resulting sustainment is difficult and the efforts tend to be "window dressing" over time.

Compensation was good along with stock options. Ambitious senior managers but lacking overall vision and proper capital investment is ERP

Cons

1960s culture;JDE ERP system. Got kicked out of so many suppliers because the souring quantities were so low that we could not make the supplier minimum. Delivery of inventory would suffer because of this.
