      Good employees and a challenging product good training but few promotions.

      Very corporate which is good if you like this structure you must enjoy very limited work life balance to succeed.

      Positive Team environment, A great management team that cares about each persons development, A goal driven organization that also clear states the goals. Extremely understanding and accommodating when it comes to balancing your family life and work life. Offers internal and external training.

      Cons

      As with ever company they could improve the overall definitions/communication of each group's metrics...one departments good metric can cause another department to have a bad result.
