      Pros

      Great people worked there before Pentair took over and ruined working environment.

      Cons

      When Pentair took over, they are making employees interview for there own job. Also, treat people like an object not a person. It's more like working in a concentration camp.

      Pros

      good pay and better benefits, direct dposit with 24/7 computer access to payroll and benefits as well as employee discounts. well organized, worker safety policys followed, machines well maintained, and very nice tooling. Most gages and measuring instruments provided, full service tool crib. Steel Workers union. Very particular on hiring and do a good job of briniging in quality workers.

      Cons

      no AC in shop, so it gets hot in summer. Management changes gears often and sometimes that hurts production, but overall a good place to work.

      Mostly nice colleagues, a lot of freedom to pursue own ideas, great team work, fair compensation, working in a growing sector (water)

      Cons

      Silo thinking, too much politics, no recognition of high or low performance, knowing the right people or being in the right network most relevant, NO business strategy, only short term performance orientation, top management without any clue about the business/industry
