"Old boy's club" where, if you are not buddies with people there for decades, you will be used and spit out. Watch out for back stabbers and an HR dept that works to help their friends and relatives get jobs.

Cons

Operationally a nightmare, the company is disconnected internally and lacks focus. The distribution channel is fragmented and massive increases in Inside Sales support is needed.
