Great management, transparency, and care about your well-being. Great flexibility with work.

Cons

HR works for the company and not necessarily for your benefit in occasions like the return to work post covid. Not a very noticeable culture. Usual business with accounting close causes some work/life difficulty, but don't work in accounting if that's your main priority.
