Pros

Looks great on paper. Pay is good.

Cons

Management sucks. They keep p ik ling on the work. Lay off people and expect people to work OT saturdays and sundays. Combined roles buyer and planner so they could get rid of people.

Pros

My co-workers were hardworking people with a passion for what they do. Eager to share their knowledge and skills. I enjoyed working with each one of them.

Cons

Offices could use a remodel: new furniture, carpet and redesigning of the overall space. Irony: Pentair facility doesn't have drinking fountains made by Pentair which is very odd. It was in the news when Pentair's water filtration/drinking fountain stations were featured in the new Vikings stadium. Townhall meetings-lots of presentations, open Q&A via email to CEO but very little change implemented. Not sure if this is the norm in big corporations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Pentair has undergone several transformative changes in recent years to emerge as a pure-play water company, and worked hard to be transparent and minimize the impact of these changes with employees as much as possible. We understand this was not your experience, and appreciate your candid review. We are committed to continuous improvement, and would like to hear more from you.
