This $9.35 Billion company continues to choose great leaders (every few years) and had a growth plan that would have modeled by start-ups for years to come.

Cons

This company consumed multiple small residential water treatment businesses all over the country, cannibalized them, and then shut down the residential sales and service program in one 7 minute group video call, laying off 100+ employees with no warning.
