      Pros

      Pay, is relatively okay for the market.

      Cons

      Management always seems to think it knows best. Does not take employee recommendations or advice. Forced hybrid work environment. Upper Management doesn’t not care if the majority of employees voted for work at home. Lots of turnovers throughout the company.
