Pros

not much. pay is ok.

Cons

bad company culture. finger pointing and throwing others under the bus is common practice due to fear. employees are afraid of expressing different opinions as they would be viewed as process blockers and be removed.

Pros

Above average benefits, good pay. Room for advancement, but only due to the massive turnover. The corporation truly drives lean thinking into the every day. Opportunities for training throughout the company.

Cons

Despite the long-term effects of lean thinking, the company is very short-sighted both in results and strategy. This is most likely the largest reason for the turnover. I've never seen a more dysfunctional HR team that almost seems to enjoy disintegrating relationships rather than building them.
