      Nice people, understands the importance of family, can work from home, able to directly communicate with people st all levels in the organization.

      Cons

      Flat organization, so no opportunity for job growth for middle management types, pay is low, frequent upper management changes.

      A few good team leads makes the job site (Motiva) somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      Some of the management are totally disrespectful and out of line with their comments. Aggressive and discriminatory language used in front of Motiva reps.
