Friendly people. Close to a lot of places in Conroe so you can run errands or have a nice lunch

Cons

Management is clueless. If you aren't willing to be a yes man this isn't the place for you. They pretend to have your best interest at heart but will cut your throat as soon as it benefits them

Flexible hours, decent pay, diverse company, most coworkers were helpful and friendly.

Very poor management, obvious favoritism, "open door policy" is a joke, management preaches values but does not follow them.

Lol Not much to speak of. Good attitude among other employees....... That are currently all contemplating suicide...

Cons

Toxic leadership......period, giant talking heads with no real work experience, that are somehow Incharge and continue to mess up and are not at fault, And Other lower level leaders that just completely suck at thier job.
