      Strong development focus!

      Pros

      Career growth and development. Opportunity to learn about a variety of products and industries. Work life balance is respected and promoted. Inclusion and diversity is more than just a slogan, it's put into action. Excellent office spaces with modern technology and software packages. A culture focused on respect, collaboration, curiosity, and accountability. Realistic and up-to-speed with employment trends, including hybrid work arrangements for many of the employees.

      Cons

      A lot of organizational change, restructuring, and re-alignments that, while they make sense, do create extra work to adjust. Large, matrixed organization that does require effort to create connections across business and functional groups, but possible if you put the work in.
