Long hours you work six days a week. Make one mistake and your gone. Uses temps for all there work it takes a miracle to get hired on.

I enjoyed the work itself, and the pace. There is a lot of change going on right now which makes the job fun. I enjoy learning new systems.

Cons

There is a lot of micromanaging. Communication is not the greatest as far as relaying information. It seems we get bits and pieces of information. Expectations are not the same for everybody and neither are the rules.
