      Pros

      There are great people some with long tenure. However, the erratic and reactionary approach to changing market conditions makes it hard to remain motivated or to motivate your team.

      Cons

      Very focused on Wall Street. Therefore, all decisions are made with a view of how they will affect the short term performance of the GBU. This lack of strategic, long-term thinking makes it hard to get approval of core projects.

      perform first article parts from vendor & machine shop, review over inspection, CMTR report , Process non-conformance report rejected part defect, calibration gauge tool & set up gauge for dimensions per drawing requires using Geometry & trigonometry, solve condition components detail problem with Engineer department . contact vendor work through technical issues.

      nothing , always completed job require per all department.
