Pros

Management is super supportive and I love the people I work with. Everyone is super supportive and it is such a great environment to work in.

Cons

The only thing I would say is, possibly lack of communication at times? However, I wouldn't say that is too much of a con.

Cons

not so good management. In order to grow your career in this place, " not what you know but who you friend with". They don't pay enough for the people who still longer there and do more work.
