      Great place to work, but growth is hindered by favoritsm.

      Pros

      Company is quick on developing and releasing products for human use nationally and internationally. Manufacturing Engineering team is supportive of Production goals and needs.

      Cons

      Growth is subject to what other employees say about your performance. Also, management plays on favoritism and will create bright futures for those who have have ties to upper management.

      great device design and methodology, people are friendly from top management to assembly workers

      Cons

      higher management doesn't like to see employees with massive growth potential. they like to hire talented individuals from competitors, pay low, give tiny amounts of shares upon hiring, bonuses at the time were non-existent and they try their hardest to keep your career stagnant.
