      Cons

      Things were not as bad before the pandemic measures came in. The place had a nice vibe considering is positioned close to the shore. The whole company in 2020 turned into a soulless place similar to concentration camp treatment from the management. There are nice people work there in QC, but majority is compliance sheep who are scared to speak up for themselves. So the whole place is full of underpaid, overworked bottom line workers who are especially these days treated like second class citizens.

      - Seem to pay pretty well. - There' a lot of growth and movement happening.

      Cons

      - There are managers in place who are not trained or capable for managing teams. - Lots of nepotism/favoritism! Growth for those related or friends with upper management seems to be a priority. - The company heads advertise they welcome new ideas but the "don't fix what's broken attitude" is predominant among middle management - Lots of stubborn people who have been at the company for many years

      its an entry level job so you don't need previous experience to work here. Depending on the the building you work at training can be smooth. Supervisors host pot lucks for the workers to show thanks for hard work. the benefits are very good.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism A lot!, unfortunately if you are not of asian decent you won't get taken serious. Not a lot of opportunity to grow depending on your superior. Issues within the line are easily dismissed. This place is just like a mini high school.
