Pros

I like that the pay wasn't minimum wage. The company has free santiary napkins in the women restrooms. Free coffee and tea. Finally, a breakroom with napkins, ultizes, and a hot/cold water dispenser.

Cons

It's a simple job but you have to be good at not only making but producing. You can't keep quiet and do your work. You have to have a connection with others, or play politics in order to stay on the job. The department I was working in was a mixed of groups so you can't say they favor those who are non-asians. I honestly believe this job and company is meant for Asian workers because I don't see them any where else.

Pros

Good benefit. Easy to get in from the bottom and slowly move up.

Cons

•Unfair pay. •Administration (from all level) is a mess. •Favorite employee from in all level, so different treatment even they are performing the same task. •Shortsighted in many things.

Pros

Entry Level Hire. Good benefits package upon conversion to permanent hire. 40+hrs 5 days a week. Many devices to be trained in. Room for growth in position level. HR protected.

Cons

Poor pay for those who do a lot and trained for higher positions. Supervisors can be unprofessional and rude to new hires and veterans. Managers too busy to deal with issues on the line or with supervisors who behave unprofessional. You have to continuously complain to HR before anything gets looked into. Diversity? Where do I begin. If you're not Asian they don't take you serious or offer you better positions or offer you better positions. Filipinos... Filipinos constantly form clicks and do favoritisms for each other if they're in higher up positions and can do so. You hardly hear english spoken, therefore it ends up feeling like your in another country(Asia)and feel isolated. You become a target if you make any complaints towards others and looked down on if you do the right thing by the company. Your chances for growth and better pay becomes tainted or hindered by the drama despite how hard you work to stay out it. Ever since 3rd shift, hours and overtime has been less. You don't get a full 40 hours and overtime is rare. The 25% differential for graveyard doesn't put a dent in your check at all.
