Pros

Good Job if you value predictability, do the same thing everyday and are put where you are best at. 40 hours a week guaranteed, often time overtime opportunities. Trains people looking to move up quickly.

Cons

Intimidating to start, because its medical field tons of steps and protocols must be taken every day before you can begin work. Often times management is placed in areas they are not familiar with.

Pros

Penumbra takes their training programs very seriously. They are very extensive and comprehensive. Overall, it feels like they really care that you learn while employed with them.

Cons

The pay is less than what is expected on the open market. This is a medical device company and they earn significantly but their pay across the board is somewhat lower in comparison with other companies.
