Flexibility Can lead to better non-clinical work. Everyone who has left the position for other sales roles has gone on to have better jobs and sometimes double the salary for easier work (more refined products) Good co-workers Product has improved

Cons

In spite of inflation, cost of living increases, there are ZERO raises in sight No additional pay based on location No opportunities to move upward or laterally Upper management is defensive and rude Favoritism runs rampant
