Poor management of services, Operations/Area Manager included (East Lothian) Bullying/Inappropriate behaviour from Managers and senior staff, Cant approach them as they will talk about you to entire team, behind your back and will genuinely do this with no care. Unable to have a social life outside of work, will not put your days off together you have to meet the needs of the service, this means you cant have more than 24 hours away from your work space, leading to split days, 10 days on or even 7 depending on contract. Lack of training, transferred from another company to Penumbra and I have no real guidance on training, completing training or what needs to be done, management has not been helpful at keeping on track either. Lack of empathy for the staff that work on visits or services, and people supported not having needs properly met.

I dislike having to go into the office everyday.
