Pros

Large company and pretty good workers and they have great company events for the employees. Housing the homeless is necessary and honorable job but it has to be your passion here or you will not make it

Cons

They don't honestly care about the employees only their statistics. Low pay and to much overtime that is not appreciated. It's a horrible work enviroment they have to many people and not enough space...offices over crowded with to many employees sharing the same space

Pros

Most people are passionate about the cause, program staff works to the best of their ability to impact homeless clients

Cons

CEO is disconnected from company, upper management over payed and rest of staff payed meagerly wages despite having to work insane hours, management is not properly trained to mentor and supervise employees, money mismanaged. Upper management is not racially diverse.
