Pros

Management is extremely supportive and there is room for advancement. The job itself is rewarding due to the nature of the work.

Cons

It is difficult to accept the fact that in this position you will realize the homeless problem in LA is an ongoing issue. You must accept the fact that you can not resolve this issue overnight!
