Pros

All Pros are only for employees form Warangal and if you are close reference oh BH

Cons

Think twice before joining this company. Work-life balance is extremely poor, and employees are often expected to be available beyond working hours. Personal growth and career progression do not feel genuinely encouraged unless you belong to a preferred internal circle. Favoritism in hiring, salary decisions, and job security is very noticeable. Employees with strong internal references appear to receive significantly better compensation, flexibility, and protection compared to others, even when other employees have stronger technical or professional skills. Meanwhile, experienced developers, architects, and project managers often receive minimal hikes despite heavy workloads and contributions. Job security feels uncertain for regular employees. Decisions can sometimes feel based more on internal politics and management preferences than performance alone. Employees may hesitate to take emergency leave or utilize benefits due to fear of negative consequences. There also seems to be little empathy toward employees during important personal phases of life, including marriage or maternity-related situations. However, policies and flexibility do not appear to be applied equally across all employees. Many employees who were laid off recently may relate to these experiences. Overall, the company culture feels more focused on hiring resources at lower cost and replacing them when convenient rather than investing in long-term employee growth and stability. Pros: - Salary can be good if you have strong internal references. - Some employees receive strong support from management. Cons: - Favoritism and unequal treatment. - Poor work-life balance. - Low job security for regular employees. - Limited recognition for performance. - Difficult to utilize leaves and employee benefits freely.

Pros

- There it a starbucks coffee machine (Imagine how bad it will be that the only positive is a coffee machine)

Cons

Let’s start from the top (Management) - Management doesn't have a clue what’s going on in day to day operations. - No structured approach or planned project pipeline. - Depend solely on outside projects - Pay is way below industry standard (trying my best to put it mildly) - They have intern program which literally is no less than financial harassment (if such a term exists) don't have fixed matrix for paying them (it can be $0, $300, $1000 depending on your luck) - Lot of operation is offshore/different location and have no coordination among them which makes it next to impossible to get anything done. Managers - Technically incompetent and can't trust them to land any projects. - No manners, etiquette and professionalization. - Don't welcome innovative and out of the box solutions as they have very little domain knowledge Work Environment - Low energy and depressing - People are directionless - I feel highly skillful and competent people are wasting their working for those who don't care about them

Pros

None that great to state here...

Cons

- The CEO shouts at his employees -I have witnessed violation of privacy rights here. - Favoritism and racism from upper management. -The CEO, President and most of the Project Managers are incompetent, unfair and corrupt. -They abuse the sub-ordinates especially the ones on the lower level who are working here out of some necessity or for visas. -You will be made false promises which are never fulfilled. - There is no annual or quarterly performance evaluation so expect no pay raises. - inequality in salary You will regret every second here.
