Great company to work as a fresher. Good time spent on training and learning new skills. -Learning opportunities - Technical growth - onsite offers - Good compensation

Cons

No Food facility and No cabs facility that’s it rather than that I am not experienced anything in People Tech Group.

There is nothing good about the company to say. Those who are jobless and useless can join this company.

Cons

The list goes on.. 1. Worst management. 2. No salary on time 3. No job stability 4. Freshers don't get paid 5. No appraisals 6. HR and Finance teams are very very worst. 7. Total mismanagement in terms of all 8. Late salary 9. Exit procedure is very worst

Pros

Firstly happy to say that I am a PTGian , Good support from seniors. Good working environment. Environment is such a way that we would like to learn more and more. Getting training's on multiple technologies Good and comfortable infrastructure. Initially if we negotiate the salary then after entering the employment we get good packages

Cons

Don’t keep more pressure interns which make them stressed and depressed No Transportation or Company Cab Services. Very less cultural and social activities. Please try to provide Outing for at least once in 3 months.
