No Transportation or Company Cab Services for day shift employees at list they should provide travelling allowances. Please try to improve more culture activities it will be helpful to build a Good interaction environment

Working in PTG is really very good experience. People Tech Group is a place where one gets numerous opportunities to learn about different technologies .The co-workers are cooperative and are always ready to help and contribute their ideas as a part of team. If you're looking for an opportunity that pays well, allows you to challenge yourself, and welcomes you into an excellent environment, People Tech is the best opportunity. My ultimate aim is to work for our Company where I have started my career. For that am putting my maximum efforts and am growing myself. Here the good news is people are hiring the freshers as interns and again they convert them into employees after completion 6 months trainee internship program and am also be a part of this program

Cons

By taking really good care of employees they make it really difficult for employees to quit which makes it challenging when we want folks to move on, they keep clinging on which is neither good for them nor the company

Working in PTG is really very good experience. I came to PTG with nil knowledge on .Net. But PTG made me a good MVC developer .I’m really very glad to work in PTG

Cons

Network Issues because of which project delivery is effecting and also net is very slow. Please provide company outings for every 3 months. It will be helpful to maintain a good relationship in between employees
