I feel very fortunate to be part of a company that is rising so quickly. In 3+ years I have experienced the expansion of employees/teams, office, management and incentive programs. People Tech ,Hyderabad has rewarded my hard work by giving an onsite opportunity with competitive benefit programs,and career path assistance. The management is very good about listening and taking your interests into consideration when assigning projects and setting long-term career goals. It's refreshing to work at PTG Hyderabad where you feel like you're being heard. Feedback from My Project lead was a balance of constructive criticism where it gave an opportunity to strengthen my competencies , and provided me a clear direction on how to continue to develop.

Leave Policy implementations by HR need to be improved and Transport facility must be provided.
