Pros

Working in PTG is really very good experience. I came to PTG with nil knowledge on .Net. But PTG made me a good MVC developer .I’m really very glad to work in PTG

Cons

Network Issues because of which project delivery is effecting and also net is very slow. Please provide company outings for every 3 months. It will be helpful to maintain a good relationship in between employees

Pros

Free of work pressure. Am looking for best future, as our company having of fortune clients. My ultimate aim is to work for Microsoft. For that am putting my maximum efforts and am growing myself.

Cons

Self-learning new technologies as for the client requirements and contributing myself for fulfilling the requirements and if we get blocked with any issues we will take our Sr. employee discussion and we will resolve all issues.

Everyone is encouraged to work hard, and is rewarded for that. If you're looking for an opportunity that pays well, allows you to challenge yourself, and welcomes you into an excellent environment, People Tech is the best opportunity. Handling better estimation models and techniques. Tough customers and handling the job from Onsite and Offshore perspective. People Tech Group is a place where one gets numerous opportunities to learn about different technologies. It’s a comfortable place to work with flexible hours and is employee friendly. The co-workers are cooperative and are always ready to help and contribute their ideas as a part of team.

Cons

By taking really good care of employees they make it really difficult for employees to quit which makes it challenging when we want folks to move on, they keep clinging on which is neither good for them nor the company.
