Pros

Firstly happy to say that I am a PTGian , Good support from seniors. Good working environment. Environment is such a way that we would like to learn more and more. Getting training's on multiple technologies Good and comfortable infrastructure. Initially if we negotiate the salary then after entering the employment we get good packages

Cons

Don’t keep more pressure interns which make them stressed and depressed No Transportation or Company Cab Services. Very less cultural and social activities. Please try to provide Outing for at least once in 3 months.

Pros

Good Working environment, working culture. They are providing training sessions to young talent which is encouraging factor in creating opportunities. Here we have good chance, i.e., this company hires fresher’s as inters gives them required training on the required languages at free cost and turn them to skilled employee.

Cons

Presently transportation is only for night shift employees that too only for ladies. Please also provide to day shift employees. It will be really helpful for employee’s coming from far places they can also reach on time. Please full fill the interns requirements.

Pros

There are no managers, no work. We can easily become lazy fellows as nothing to do. You can come any time, go any time.

Cons

No on-time salary deposits No work Managers are dumb No one know anything about technologies 60% of employee are referrals. The team working all are on old technologies, then never willing to upgrade as there is no right people to point them in right way. Employee for sure can forget the earlier technologies they know if you join here.
