1. They haven’t done anything towards the visa process even though they hired me specifically for Canada on-site 2. They don’t even pay the salary on a fixed date that is the standard of the company 3. The way they treat the employees here is pathetic and the think employees as slaves since they are paying 4. Poor work life balance 5. CEO gets involved in everything which denotes the senior leadership is fit for nothing 6. Worst estimates and wastage of resources 7. Not even a proper full and final settlement (can’t expect much from this organisation) 8. HRs for the name sake only god knows what work they do but they just fake like they are always busy won’t even care about any employee 9. Worst recruiter team only fit for talking and hiring below average resources 10. No proper pay structure 11. They even fake resources to attract clients
