Pros

It’s a best company to work in as a fresher where there is a chance to learn lot of technologies. This is very good platform to build their careers, who are really looking to establish their IT life. Internship programs are good.

Cons

Conducting training sessions are good in the same time if they maintain ‘Books Resource’ means a library is more helpful to all employees.
