      The women leadership in corporate don’t know how to manage a team and are very insecure with themselves. It clearly shows. Instead of empowering their team, they use their “power” to micromanage you, belittle and bully you. Lack of diversity is evident everywhere in the company. With the leadership team they have in place, this is a sinking ship. Benefits are so expensive and the pay is so low I don’t know how people live on it honestly. Do yourself a favor - know your worth, find a company who has experienced managers that empower, support your growth, and pay well. Don’t waste your time working here.

      A LOT OF FUN, THE PAY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, LOVE THE JOB

      Pros

      You get a chance to help people with there medicare advantage plans, which in most cases is the senior population

      Cons

      The down side of this position is the fact that they did pay for my ins. license but the pay could be a lot better.
