It's rare to find a company of this size that still feels so connected and personal. From leadership down, there's a real sense of community and purpose, where every individual is valued and empowered. Big enough to offer exciting opportunities and resources, but small enough that you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Cons

That I didn't have the opportunity to come work here sooner.
