I have worked here longer than any other employer. PeopleTec truly lives up to the company name and tagline, “People First. Technology Always.” As cliché as it sounds, I feel like PeopleTec is a family. I have made great friends through social activities such as softball and feel valued not only as an employee owner but also as a person. A flexible hybrid working schedule helps me to remain productive and balanced. Working at PeopleTec provides me with tremendous growth not only professionally but also personally. I love my team, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to mentor, be mentored, and work in some great technology areas such as data analytics and AI/ML. PeopleTec also offers technology innovation and career growth support through the Tech Fellows program. Other resource groups support workforce areas for veterans, young professionals, program management, and diversity and inclusion. A continuous learning program keeps employees engaged in furthering their knowledge through topics such as leadership values, cyber, and data analysis. Many events from small to large and in-person to online bring employee owners together for relaxation, fun, fellowship, food, and prizes!! Bringing it all together, PeopleTec delivers great and affordable health benefits and excellent return on investment with the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). To top it off, we have an AMAZING infrastructure team to support all employee owners!

I am continuously amazed with the outlets PeopleTec provides to their employees for continuous learning. I am currently a full time PeopleTec employee and am taking full advantage of the newly implemented Auburn Cohort program. I will start my fourth semester in a couple of weeks and have nothing but positive things to say about the program thus far. With PeopleTec having a direct line of communication to the Auburn staff, the program logistics have been seamless. Also, being able to complete a master's program with my co-workers has been such a positive piece in this journey. We have access to the Auburn HSV campus and are able to meet up regularly to study and complete course works. Overall, I have been pleasantly surprised with how well this program has matured. Looking forward to continuing this degree and checking it off my list. War Eagle!
