      Pros

      This company cares for their people. It's a people first mentality. Always working to improve the workplace for the employees. Culture and benefits are both great. ESOP company which makes it even better.

      Pros

      By far the best culture I've been a part of in my 20+ year career! One of the biggest benefits is our ESOP, I feel that because everyone has a stake in the company, folks are generally more bought in, and I see way more smiling and excitement in these hallways than any other company I've supported. We have a great benefits package (Med/Den/Vision/Life/Legal/401K Match/Etc) that is focused on supporting employees and their families to provide great stability. We have a great reputation in our market and many differentiators that set us apart from the competition in our many areas of technical expertise. PeopleTec is also 1 of only 12 companies in the US that have achieved CMMI Maturity Level 5 for both Services and Development, which demonstrates our commitment to being process driven and NOT just "flying by the seat of our pants." Our leadership is focused on "PeopleFirst"!
