      From woman-owned to ESOP

      Pros

      This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Transitioning from large business to a smaller company was a challenge at first, but I learned to love this environment and the freedom and personal accountability it provides. This is truly a company that cares and that makes it easier to manage the work/life balance. Every year gets a little better as the company matures the organization and refines their processes. And this year, it is now an ESOP! What's better than knowing your contribution to the company's growth has a direct impact on your bottom line? I am so excited and PROUD to be a part of the PeopleTec family.

      Cons

      Expect to gain 5 pounds because there's always food!

      Overall Review of the company, salary, and benefits

      Pros

      Amazing company!! I really miss working for them. They paid well, their benefits are well above everyone else (especially in the Obama Care Economy). Every time there was an issue they were on top of it. It felt more like a family that just a place of work. I really miss working for PeopleTec and if an opportunity ever arises for me to go back I will.

      Cons

      The only con is that they do not have enough opportunities here in Colorado Springs. I cannot move to Huntsville where their business is booming. Hopefully one day something will pop up here.
