      Pros

      There is a reason why PeopleTec continually receives awards for the best place to work because it is truly that. The family like atmosphere, benefits, compensation, and morale is like no other place I have ever worked. Everyone truly cares about the wellbeing of each other, and it shows. Being an employee-owned company, everyone is valued equally, which is also another great benefit!

      PeopleTec culture is truly "People First!"

      Pros

      Tremendous effort is made by all levels of management to ensure employees feel valued and appreciated. Employees are recognized and celebrated often. Regular morale events help brings groups together to get to know their coworkers. Compensation and benefits are excellent. The PeopleTec culture is truly "People First!"

      Cons

      As the company grows, it is harder to meet and get to know other employees because work locations can be spread out. However, the company does a great job of hosting events, etc. to try and bring groups together to help with this.
