      -Work Life Balance -Supporting a variety of customers (DoD & corporate) -Locations of corporate offices & ability to work remotely/hybrid -Highly agile and reduced bureaucracy to respond quickly to customer needs -Size of the company allows for a real feeling of family and belonging -Employee owned, so the better one does, the better we all do

      -Being a small business can limit opportunities with potential customers from the big corporations

      Pros

      This company will make you feel at home. Hands down if you have had a bad experience before then you need to try this company! They go above and beyond to make the employer and employee relationship the best possible!

      Cons

      In an effort to make sure they cater to every employee they tend to make sure everyone is happy and thereby creating so many team building opportunities that you can't do them all and feel like you are missing something... Just remember you don't have to go to everything there will be another event soon!
