The managers and leaders of this company really do care. They often solicit feedback from employees throughout the year and continue to display an open-door policy. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. It's a very great environment to be in.

Pros

I came to PeopleTec after working in the military and as a government civilian. PeopleTec indeed does have a People First attitude as a company. They have excellent benefits, and everyone is friendly and respectful. You are truly a person and not just a number to them.

Cons

Some management micro-manage, which can affect morale.
