      Pros

      Numerous events to make work more fun. PeopleTec is an ESOP company which means extra contributions to retirement funds. Greater than average amount of talent in cybersecurity area

      Cons

      More cool projects to work on than there are hours in the workday.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed PeopleTec's investment in technology to help advance the clients' goals, develop corporate capability, and aid in personal professional development. Compared with other companies I've worked, I've found PeopleTec's health and retirement benefits packages to be the best value in terms of cost and quality of coverage.

      Cons

      Wish I found PeopleTec sooner.

      Pros

      PeopleTec is truly a company where you matter versus just being a "butt in a seat" at a large defense contractor. This company takes the time to care about their employees from day 1. The HR department is fantastic and the morale building events that occur on a monthly basis are awesome! PeopleTec has a great reputation with the DoD, so the technical work is interesting and always increasing. The management is fantastic and truly cares about your career and future at PeopleTec. Work/Life balance is really good as well. I never feel overworked! Highly recommend this company!

      Cons

      No paid maternity leave (they do have short term disability) or infertility coverage.
