      The employees are all extremely friendly and the leadership is very forthgoing and they are always encouraging to all of their employees

      Cons

      they just need more positions so more people can experience the greatness of PeopleTec!

      Pros

      PeopleTec is an amazing company with very friendly and welcoming employees. Although I am just an intern here the community they have created it does not even feel like your going to work. The people are understanding and thoughtful along with their brilliant minds.

      Cons

      Stop giving out free food to save money.

      Pros

      Amazing culture. Individuals have the ability to progress in their careers either in management or technical path. The company creates and makes sure everyone has a voice and many different avenues to have a voice to reach all levels of management. Ownership (wealth creation) all employees are given stock ownership in the company. Each employee has a financial interest in the company to be the best it can be. Management is easy to communicate with and they have great understanding of their work and people they manage.

      Cons

      There is always plenty of food and you might put on the PeopleTec 15. It's worth it. There are not any cons
