      Amazing culture and people to work with at PeopleTec

      Pros

      Culture has always been amazing and has only gotten better since the company completed it's transition to becoming an ESOP company. I love how our Executive Management Team is willing to listen to recommendations and suggestions from our Employee Owners that continue to make PeopleTec one of the best places to work in Huntsville.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to identify Cons in my opinion. I truly believe our Executive Management Team cares for the well being of all of our Employee Owners.

      Pros

      You will always hear laughter at the Corporate Office - a sense of comradery. Although everyone has a serious part of the day-to-day office responsibilities, everyone feels like family and the comfort level of being part of that family is widely known. Employees are smiling, employees are talking, employees are helpful - and with all of that, ultimately successful.

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything negative to say about PeopleTec. I have 23 years of big and small business experience combined and this company, by far, surpasses any other business I have worked with or for.
