      This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Transitioning from large business to a smaller company was a challenge at first, but I learned to love this environment and the freedom and personal accountability it provides. This is truly a company that cares and that makes it easier to manage the work/life balance. Every year gets a little better as the company matures the organization and refines their processes. And this year, it is now an ESOP! What's better than knowing your contribution to the company's growth has a direct impact on your bottom line? I am so excited and PROUD to be a part of the PeopleTec family.

      Pros

      The best corporate environment I have ever seen. They care about their employees and work to keep them happy, trained and employed. The benefit plans are about as cheap as can be found and cover nearly everything.
